ARTIST: KARIN YAHR

I'm Karin, an artist based in Idaho I find my Zen through hiking and nature. My artwork is inspired by my mindful wandering through the natural world. I strive to capture peace and connection through my artwork, taking mental snapshots of the world that surround me, and conveying what is beyond the obvious through the use of color, line and texture. My work examines the beauty found in the everyday. It is my hope that viewers can draw escapes from their realities and find moments of peace as I did in creating each piece.
